-> I'm in a study at Johns Hopkins and the dietician tells me that I'm avoiding a -> lot of things I can eat...and then she tells me how much is allowed....and I -> laugh a lot and tell her that such a small amount is an insult, I just do -> without the item. I know what you mean... the allowed amount is usually just enough to make me want to eat a mass quantity of it. A "Teaser" if you would. Besides who wants 1/2 of one of those little rectangles from a hershy bar anyhow. Unless the hershey bar is 4 foot long. -> Wonder is anyone is using/having success with non-traditional herbs, etc. to -> control the sugar levels? I have had wonderful luck using Cinnamon I take a mesured dose in a Gel-cap I take 1/8 tsp in a gel cap three times a day and have had a noticeable impact on my sugars and insulin control. Plus I eat it on anything that I can eat it on. I've had the best luck with the Watkins Cinnamon due to it's purity and strength. It does not burn like the cheap stuff either.
