RN> Hi to All
RN> I have just managed to delete my entry data in the settings notebook
RN> for the Dial Up. I use Ozemail, can anyone tell me the exact entrys
RN> for each field; especially Page 3 Mail Server Info. When I do log on I
RN> get a message that says
Supposing your username is fred{at}ozemail.com.au, you should fill out the entries:
Mail Gateway : ozemail.com.au
POP Mail Server : ozemail.com.au
Reply Domain : ozemail.com.au
Reply (Mail) ID : fred
POP Login ID : fred
POP Password : your OzEmail password
NB that not all of this information is actually USED by all applications.
If you are using PMMail, for example, you can leave ALL of it blank, PMMail
has its own email account setup stuff.
RN> " ERROR: (SIOCADDRT) unable to add route - entry exists"
RN> Does this mean anything?
Yes. It means that the SLIP or PPP startup is trying to set up some
routing, and it can't because there is already a routing entry in place
which covers the destination IP address for which it was trying to
establish a route.
