Hi Malcom

In the Fidonews Echo you stated:


"Both lists only record the moderator of the echo, not define the moderator.
That decision is taken by the users of the echo, or for administration
echos like the zone sysop echos or the Fidonews echo, by the
"owner" of the echo, the ZC or the Fidonews editor respectively.

Once again, it may be more accurate for you to preface your statements with
a disclamer such as "I believe", rather than make statements as if you
were in a position to define who owns an echo tag, the role of the moderator,
etc.
