I can't argue with that.  Unfortunately I can't take the dogs for their walks around
the block (the 'block' is 1 mile on a side) due to the cold.  Even with
insulated boots
the circulation in my feet is so poor that I run the risk of frostbite (and
in fact have
some frostbite damage to my toes as I type this).
