A few of my 17 are region 18 echoes.

A few more are active echoes *I started* or had handed to me by the
outgoing moderator.

The rest are place holders so as to prevent that which Mr Prunty has done.

There are at least 2 echoes, Memories and perl, that I list on the behalf of another.
