Exactly right. I use TSE for any serious coding. Vi is on every system so
is used daily for light-weight editing. My thought is that it might improve
my efficiency to use the same commands in both environments. On the other
side, it might make it more difficult for my mind to switch between
environments. Good point on the native UI efficiency. It's always been my
preference for the basic environment, but I am considering the vi
keystrokes.
