Hi Thom...
I had started taking Cinnamon, last Spring.. I can't really say, but I
have been trying hard. Before Cinnamon, I was still doing well, ( sadly for
the first time in a long while ) My a1c was 6.3, with really no other
changes in meds, the following and last a1c I had which was after taking the
cinnamon for about 4 months was a 6.0 I was told that was excellent. It is
easy to take, and honestly, I like to sniff the bottle, smells like cinnamon
toast. But is that what helped? I dunno, but got a big bottle at Sams for
about 3 or 4 bucks. So It won't break anyone who wants to try it.
The Doc says my tricglycerides were high due to the diabetes. He put me on
Fish oil.. I don't know that that works and hate to have to taste like
anchovies every time I burp. We shall see in December if it is helping.
Mike
