Thanks again for the Reply:

I booted to BARTPE and could not delete or rename.  I tried to change the 
atrributes using Total Commander, and when I called up the tab that has the 
attributes, that screen was in German (those tabs are in english when I check 
the attributes on other folders/files) and the Read only, system, hidden, and 
archive boxes were grayed and could not be permanently changed.  Also the box
on 
that tab marked crypted was completely grayed out and checked.

Any Ideas?
