If there were a grace period of 90 days (as there once was), then the
effect is exactly the same as requiring that the echotag listing be
renewed at least once during the six month plus 90 days. Active
moderators who use the echolist have no problem with maintaining their
listings at least once every six months -- many do it every month or
two. Extending the period to nine months would accomplish little,
and a grace period would be the same as extending the period.
