I wonder if Paul means "again" or "still"? The original Charter went out
of business several years ago, but another concern bought their equipment
and was doing business as "Charco". They didn't seem to be doing too
well, though.

I spent several years there later in my life (besides having been born
there). The people are wonderful, but I'd still rather have the U.S.
system of government - even with the way it is today.
Around here, sometimes .44 Mag is billed as "Handgun and Rifle" ammo,
perhaps they'd consider it the latter up there? Naw, they'd never do
that. Anything that's dual use probably gets lumped into the more
restricted category.
Unless you intend to get into the ammunition smuggling business
(definitely not suggested), not too much you can do. Except move down
here one of these days! ;-)
