I have an idea for a "configuration-free" way to have TSE load any icon
that the user desires. How about TSE first look in the TSE directory
for either "TSE.ICO" or "TSE.ICON", and if found, load
and use that one.
Otherwise, load and use the one built into the .EXE resources. This
way, all the user need do to load a custom icon is to drop one in the
TSE directory, otherwise everything remains the same.

What do you mean, if it works. Of course it works.

Sure, you could do that if you like. You probably already
know this, but just to be sure - the macro doesn't change
what icon say something like "my computer" would show for
g32. It does however change the alt-tab icon, the taskbar icon, and the
program icon. =20
