Speaking of hard tabs -

I use hard tabs with tab width 3.  Once in a blue moon, I open a file and
all the tabs will be expanded correctly, except for one line which shows the
tab characters, looking something like this:

If a = 1 Then
   If b = 2 Then
      If c = 3 Then
         d = a + b + c
ooEnd If
   End If
End If

When this happens, nothing I do will make the tabs expand on that line.  I
can delete them and enter new tabs and it will still show the tab
characters.  I can delete the whole line and retype it, and the tab
characters will still show.  I can close the file and reopen it and the tab
characters will still show.  I can go to any other line and enter tabs and
they will expand correctly.

Anyone ever seen this?  It has happened to me maybe a dozen times in 6 or 7
years of using TSE all day every day, on different computers and different
versions of TSE Pro. In every case it was a file someone else created.
