And your point is?  Yes, you could publish something....and then what?

If someone had not listed it...then Roy would have accomplished his goal of
not having the HAM echo appear in the echolist.  There are a few folks, who
over the years have played the game...refusing to list their echoes and
then saying the echolist isn't accurate.

Listening to Roy's complaints, while he has a proven track record of
insisting that a recognized moderator in an echo isn't the moderator, or
posting that there are no rules in an echo is an interesting exercise in
Jesuit logic.

But then again....one needs to be fair....Roy is not the only person in
Fidonet who makes public statements that are not reflective of the truth.
