Yes and no.  Depends on various factors.  I mean over the last 11 years
AdventureNet we've added leagues and there was no sudden surge.  Same for
other nets I know of.  Depends on if you want to be a echomail network or a
IBBS league network.  For AdventureNet we are first and foremost a echomail
network with the 9 leagues we have (8 different leagues and 2 for AB I and
II) we just give it for the heck of it.  :)
