If you had the help compiler, you could.

However, the help compiler was never finished.  It requires
lots of hand-holding and expertise to make it work right, so
it was never released as a product, because of the extra
support it would cause.

One of my goals is to (eventually) convert the help to
something a little more manageable.  I was thinking of rtf
perhaps, and then it should be easy to convert it to windows
help format, .pdf, and text.  I'd love to be able to print
manuals again!
