            Considering Changes to Baiting Regulations
You can find NRA comments to the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service
regarding the proposed rule, "Migratory Bird Hunting: Regulations
Regarding Baiting and Baited Areas," at

NRA Members, gun owners, and hunters are urged to submit comment
as well.  The comment period ends May 26, 1998.
