G'morning Heather, HL> Gently opened briefcase and found it full of .... traffic tickets books HL> and rule manual that one cop had left there as he rushed out of the HL> door. That cop got his leg pulled by everyone in the station. HL> A year later and another suspicious briefcase was found in the rear HL> alcove... HL> Same procedure... same result, different cop. ;-)))) A mate of mine in Rugby in '41ish spent 3 months cycling around the town with an incendiary bomb taped to his crossbar, pretending to be a bomber pilot whilst biking about. One day, he almost ran down a constable on point duty who noticed the appendage, cut it off with a large penknife and admonished the boy to avoid such nonsense - before going back to direct traffic.... How times and practices change ... now its the parcel one ignores that does the real damage... :-)) ___ MultiMail/MS-DOS v0.45 --- Maximus/2 3.01* Origin: === Maxie BBS.
