-> DN> I already discussed Walker earlier.. as I recall, I said Walker

->You said that he was their only TALENT.
I've had a sudden and incredible change of heart, and now I'm saying that he
is their only future star instead. Sue me.
->No, the Dallas Mavericks and Philadelphia 76ers had the worst teams
->of all time. If this were the Grizzlies 9th or 10th season, I
->might agree that they were one of the worst but they not even that
->bad for a second year expansion team.
:) Man, don't even get me started on the Grizzlies.. I heard today that to
match the *fewest* amount of wins by an expansion team over its first two
seasons, they'd have to win 6 of their last 7 games. One could argue that
it's not really their fault, given that they're not allowed the first pick
and had to take 6th or 7th in their first ever draft... but I would just say
that they really really stink. :) and leave it at that.
As for the Boston stuff..... well, I don't know where you're writing from
Ed, but out here in Vancouver we get little more than boxscores when it
comes to the Celtics. That's just not enough to go on when getting into an
debate with you. I think it comes down to the way you say this team is
better because at least they're planning ahead, but I just think they are
treating this season as if it were a bad dream, and hoping that ignoring it
will make it go away. They lost again, to the slumping Cavs today.
I guess with my boxscores I just look at in on a numbers basis and I have a
hard time seeing how a 20 something wins team is worse than a 13 or 14 win
team. Not that I don't know anything about their team.. but I don't know
enough to get into an argument about who's playing for a paycheque and who's
playing for pride.
