I'm pretty sure you already know what I'm about to write, because
these points are covered in those boring administrivia messages that
are occasionally gated from MooseChat, but it seems ethical to make
sure.

I have not been able to "gate" your last two messages to the FidoNet
"MooseChat" message area because of the vocabulary you've used.  We
can handle vague or carefully worded allusions to "adult themes" but,
since we're still advertising FidoNet as "family friendly", messages
with explicit language won't be passed through the gateway.

Of course, there is no reason you should care, other than this
detail;  When you're replying to fidonet.org messages gated to
alt.moose.rights, you might want to write replies that will
actually be gated back to the FidoNet MooseChat message area.
Your choice.

In passing, I'm also assuming that you do realize that people writing
in MooseChat are usually attempting either humor or political satire.

So, since you apparently care enough to reply to MooseChat messages,
I thought I'd make sure that you're aware of the gateway policy.

Meanwhile, this message will probably have stirred "FidoNet nostalgia"
in any alt.moose.rights readers who used to call BBSes.  So, I will
not be posting anything else on this topic.
