G'morning Heather Lennox,

HL> I didn't know what Union Jack was, so I called it Onion Jack.

23rd April, for St George and Merry England ... will future
generations of Kiwis gather in the play ground for the Day of
Civil Thingy, sing a song of union and burn effigies of horrid
`parents', I wonder...

:-)

There was this distinguished visitor from Africa who asked to meet
the famous Gordon King during a tour of Gilwell, the Scout HQ.
Baden Powell's people were totally lost on this request, until
the visitor said...

`Of course you know him ... All the time I hear our Cubs and
Scouts back in Africa promise "To do our best, to do our duty, to
Gawd'n King..." and now I'm here I want to meet him.'

:-))
