Guess it wasn't. Like, I took a liberty for the sake of a play on
words, eh?

Well, MooseChat can be pretty slow paced. Somemoose may get busy or
just not feel humorous for a while. For me, for most of November I
could not seem to log on to this node. Then, I got caught up in
holiday preparations and celebration. So, here I am responding to a
months old message, myself.

It was just an observation.

ND> Why would I expect a reply from him?

It's polite? That would be a reason in the MooseChat spirit, which I
guess gets extended to alt.moose.rights posts? On the other hoof, if
it seemed that you two had writing styles or humor styles that seem to
conflict, maybe he's letting the exchange slide. Guess only Guido
and the Great Moose would know.

ND> What is a Vanilla Moose? Wasn't that the name of a band or such?

What with "moose" sounding like "mousse", in my case
it's only one
more play on words. Someone else was already using "Chocolate Moose"
as a MooseChat handle, and so I went with the next most popular mousse
flavour which is vanilla.

Have a nice day, eh?
