well I"m not sure how they do it but it depends on how manys miles you live
near the team.. let me put it this way... I live four to five hours of 
riving
time from st. Louis Mo. but any sport from there is blacked out in my area 
most of the time,,, I would like to know how they came up with this rule or
how do they use this rule......
