I've seen interpolations from others that indicate that the real
murder rate would be on the order of 0.3/K if it weren't for the inner
city gang related stuff. Just thought there might be something
definitive.
Guess it ain't gonna happen in the way of any kind of government or
government-sponsored study, as it would be too politically incorrect.
