  You mean Boesmans rainbow?
   Depending on which Tetra's have you have maybe 2 types that have
   opposite preferences, Boesmans  lists as preference
   HARD, alkaline waters, vs many Tetras listing as prefering
   Soft, ACIDIC.
   Preferences are most important for spawning, but
   also improves colors, and life length,
   I setup community tanks with fish that have close equal preferences
   ;-)
