I got Borland C++ Builder on a demo CD without the manual. Where can I find
the manual or at least some sort of beginner tutorial online? I have
experience with programming, so the basic concepts are clear to me, but I
have no experience whatsoever with C++.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
