I am looking into writing one from scratch, and am collecting a list of
requirements, such as platform requirements, interoperability with exting
TF clients, improvements to user and adminstrative interfaces and such. As

a long time. Now that I
have a development environment here at home and a high speed cable
connection to the internet, I am almost ready to start work on this.
