One great point about such a memory is when you accidentally find something
you had forgotten and are so happy its there even if you don't remember ever
having seen it before.  It adds LIFE to your life.

I can't understand my sleep problems - they will disappear for months only to
reappear because I'm over tired, thinking or something, stressed out, etc
We have tested my breath capacity--it is in the normal range.  What I seem
to do is miss out on the deep sleep--awakening every two hours or so.  When
I do achieve deep sleep--it over does it and I can scarecly wake up and 
founder
around for several hours in a fog.

 I will try to help Warren on postings.  I am involved in a support group in
 the Dallas/Ft.Worth TX area.  I've been disability retired from high school
 teaching since the fall of 1991.  The real onset of PPS occurred following
 bone surgery to remove a spur at the site of a triple orthdesis (sp.) per-
 formed on my ankle in c. 1952--I had had very mild Polio in 1948, age 11, in
 Corpus Christi, TX  Computers and genealogy are helping me to keep my mind
 active and keep what little sanity I still have.
