We had an instance where a baby was killed by someone shooting up in the air on a new years night. Strangely enough we have a law on the book about warning shots... even with the police... if you are going to shoot you better mean it. If you say I fired a warning shot in court you get a wanton endangerment charge. Even the law enforcement must shoot center mass.
