Oh, you're talking about the .17 HMR (Hogdon Magnum Rimfire).  It came out
near the end of 2002, and it's the hottest thing in varmint cartridges.

G&A and /American/ /Rifleman/ have ben full of it for months, and several
rifles and a few revolvers have been chambered for it.
