As Alan said, MultiMail is the only way to go for Linux these days and I'd 
assume Mac also.

I have successfully run Blue Wave using both DOSbox and DOSemu under Slackware 
64 Linux 14.2 but most of the time it's faster to just use MultiMail since 
Qodem, my preferred terminal program under Linux, calls MM natively.
