The CPAP is one recommendation the doc mentioned for me, my primary care doc
in the HMO says the HMO will pay for that. The other option was a dental
device that the HMO will not pay for. We are waiting for the written report
before making any decisions.

I really appreciate your message Jerry! This last paragraph mirrors my own
concern and will help me demand the CPAP machine before any surgery is
conducted.
