You've got to run it under DOSbox or DOSemu but it does work very nicely, much 
like the DOS-based BBS doors I've written.

It's not a very actively developed program these days but it's mature and it's 
very good for what it does.  The author recently did a big update of MM, 
especially making an "official" Win64 build and cleaning up and
modernizing 
the codebase a bit.

If someone could make a Chrome OS app out of it, I'd be in heaven so then I 
could run it on my Chromebook. :)
