You could drop a Glock in mud and it would still fire without jamming. They require less maintenance than a Colt, for instance. A friend of mine has had his Glock 9 mm for years and hasn't cleaned it. Mine's a .45. The Glocks have a most unusual trigger mechanism. If I think about it, I'll show you mine tomorrow, unless you've seen one already.
