In general, the mid-range light bullets are best in the 9mm/.38
cartridges, somewhere around 115 to 125 grains -- although there are
those who SAY (with what evidence, I don't know) that in .38 Special
snubbies, the "FBI load" (158 grain lead hollowpoint) is best.
