Hi Jefferson,
The reason that you got the same message on another board is that any
message that either you or I or anyone else posts, it's 'echoed' on every
bbs that carries that echo.
So any bbs that you visit, that has that echo (should) will have that
message. That's why they call it 'Echo Mail'. :)
