They're talking about a new cartridge, the .17 Hornady Magnum Rimfire,
which is basically a necked-down .22 Winchester Magnum Rimfire.  Specs
are a 17-grain bullet at 2,500 fps.

Since my .22 Hornet will drive a .35 grain bullet to 3,000 fps, I was
able to control my desire to run out and buy one. :-)
