The .22 Hornet is a centerfire, reloadable cartridge.  With modern
powder (like Hodgdon's Li'l Gun) and modern bullets (like the 35 grain
Hornady V-Max) it will give gilt edge accuracy at a muzzle velocity over
3,000 fps.

The .22 Winchester Magnum Rimfire is, of course, a rimfire.
