The only paralysis was the left side of my face and throat, with
residual paralysis of my throat.  That has affected my laughing and
crying....both sound the same, like a seal barking or donkey braying!
(grin).
The insurance I had was a specialized policy limited to seven diseases,
including polio.  Actually, it was sold and promoted as a polio policy.
It took a year and an attorney to have the insurance company pay off.
