I GOTTA jump in here.
I worked with Andy "grasser" on our first buy of a CDR-100 &
EasyCDPro. We had alot of confusion on OUR end about what we wanted.
"grasser" we called prob half dozen times...he was always responsive
without trying to dick us. I do business with him in future. He got us
in touch with his company's tech support...he is doing the inet
outpost for his parent company CONSAN in midwest...and they confirmed
that the Pro version of Win95 stuff was what we really needed but
wasn't available at the time, so we finally went with the Win version
of Pro for the duration. I got him to ship it next day on a push when
we finally figured out what we needed. That allowed us to burn on the
weekend, which was real important for us.
I've noticed that "grasser" doesn't post unless someone else comes in
with a "commercial" for their products; then he says "this isn't a biz
group, BUT I can beat that" usually. I commend him for that. Just
enough info to keep things straight without furthur blab. Those guys
posting about "authorized" blab re. Yamaha is just that..blab. CONSAN
is a pretty good size operation with real tech support people.
Yeh, Yeh, I know what you're thinkin, but I haven't any relationship
to CONSAN or "grasser", and I haven't even talked to them in months.
Nor do I need anything in the near future. But you sales creatures
trying to pot-shot Yamaha and "grasser" piss me off. You outta instead
take a clue from him and clean up your act.
