Interesting, I see the correct PATH and Seen-By, though:

=MSGID: 700:100/0 D1B666C1

So perhaps the msgid as 700:100 because PX/Win has problems with the 
MSGID. If Father Paul doesn't see anything obvious and Robert Wolfe is
around Robert might now more.
