NVIDIA GeForce 2 MX/MX400 video card
Win XP Home
Resolution = 1152x864
Running TSEPro 4.00.08 (beta)
Open TSE from command line
Edit HTML file of greater than 100 lines.

I get the exact same behaviour. When it comes up it is at line 100 according
to the status line and the displayed line is that of line 100 and
following. The
second I hit a cursor key it jumps to line 1.

It does NOT happen at lower resolutions.
It does NOT happen if I open TSE then File-Open the file.
It does NOT happen if I drag the html file onto TSE's icon.
It does NOT happen if I rename the file to .txt

I repeatedly opened the file, alt-x'ed TSE and reopened the file and it was
very inconsistent even on the same file. Sometimes it would alternate
starting at line 1 versus starting at 100 and then sometimes it would go
5-10 times on line 1 only. If I switched files at that point it was more
likely to come up on line 100, but not predictably.

It also seemed to happen more often at 1280x960 than 1152x864 and not at
all at lower resolutions.

Hope some of this helps!
If I can help in any way let me know!
