Well, several months ago I asked if anyone ever heard of a
post-encephalits syndrome.
When I was 19 years old (before the Polio vaccine), I was diagnosed with
encephalitis.  Have residual paralysis of the left side of my throat.
Initially, that included the left side of my face.
I also said that in past years that doctors have said that the paralysis
sounded more like a result of Bulbar Polio than encephalitis.
I was just curious.
