I started a very similar response, but realized that with AND, stringa and
stringb could be in any order. It took me a bit, but I believe the
following would do it. Note that it is untested, however.
{{stringa}.*{stringb}}|{stringb}.*{stringa}}

there is to my knowledge no "AND" operator in the TSE
implementation of regular expressions. None should be
necessary, because you can usually define one reg. expression
that requires both the sub-patterns to be present:
as a search pattern {stringa} AND {stringb} is equal to
"{stringa}{.*}{stringb}"
The lower line requires "stringa" and "stringb" to be present
in one line, sepearted by any number of other characters,
including 0.
