I thought it was amazing that a lawyer contributed some "concerns" back then
too.

But today, liability on the "provider" has been actually reduced based on a
recent story I read somewhere. I will try to dig it up.  Meanwhile, the judge
opined that since no one actually reads the User Agreements (UAs) or that they
are too long, or that they are hard to locate, dismisses the liability of the
service provider *AND* the user!  Maybe I am paraphrasing that poorly.  I will
see if I can find the original article/judgment.
