That's, to me, the main point. It appears their mutant plants *invaded*
his fields.

I have hope that common sense will eventually prevail. If this happened
in the USA, who knows. For although our legal system is unfortunately
becoming more like theirs with frivolous suits and preposterous claims
it is not as bad as theirs here yet.
