I
TSE/32 v4 is not **really** a full Windows version. It still looks and
acts much like a console app (and indeed ships with a console
executable.) It still has its own menus and dialog boxes. The main
nicety it now has as a pseudo Windows app is that you can resize the
Window as you edit simply by grabbing the edge and dragging it larger.
I actually like its current implementation now because I prefer console
apps, but really like being able to resize the window when I need to.

It doesn't come with one. I've used vi because I've had to at work for
the last couple of years, and I'm scratching my head to think of
features you would actually like to transfer to TSE. Is it just that
you are used to the keystrokes, like "/" to invoke search? If so, you
can assign any function to practically any key. But things like marking
text and moving it around are much easier to do with TSE natively then
through some vi emulation.
