v 3.01 is superceded by 3.02 or 03 so suggest you try that latest and compile
it if needed.

As for your question sorry its been well over 10 years ago when I was running
it under OS/2 and I don't have the set ups any more (well I have not noticed
them but I do have a lot of HDD space on the system).
