The ExecMacro() command always attempts to run an already
loaded macro. ExecMacro() will only load a macro when it
cannot be found in memory.

The "Execute Macro" in the menu presented by the compile
macro, does an explicit LoadMacro() first, in order to make
sure the newly compiled macro is the one run, and not one
that was already loaded into memory.
