Cybergirl Pinball? I have Epic Pinball which has a Cybergirl
table. If that is what you where refering to, I'm able to run it using
a DOS 7.1 boot floppy. The thing is that you need a FAT32 partition
to run it from. I have an old 8GB HDD that I use as a FAT32 drive for
when I run real mode DOS. You would also need a soundcard capable of
running in real mode DOS. Mine happens to be an ESS 1938 Solo-1 PCI which
 has real mode DOS drivers.
However, you could also try running DOSBox. It's a DOS emultor
that's pretty good. I never tried it with Epic Pinball, but it ran
 the games I did try.

                Larry.
