Dear Patti
I'm a teen and I totally understand what you are saying. I
really don't care for the music either, but I once wanted to go to a
concert that my parents wouldn't allow me to go to and I ws mad
too...but you know what I'm glad now that I didn't go. It rained the
whole night at the concert and it was said to have beena terrrible show.
I'm glad that I didn't spend money on it...Thing though was that my
parents told me that I couldn't but that if I did has I wsa told to do
and I staied home that night and not seek out (which I'm famous for)
That I would be able to have the money that I would have spent on the
tickets and the transportation that I could have something else that I
really wanted. So instead I got this here computer. Now my parents are
happy that I got something that was reasonable and that it won't all be
a memory in the morning. So, we are both happy...If that doesn't help
He can't stay mad at you forever. He's a kid he'll get over it.
Good Luck,
Sara-Lynn
aka Jazz
P.S. No you weren't too strict at least he got a CD. I didn't get
that!:)
